Job Description:

We work with various organizations to install safety cameras, including red-light, speed, and school bus stop arm cameras. We manage transactions and violations for commercial fleets and rental car companies while processing millions of transactions annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Role: Oversee a skilled team of Mobile Speed Camera Operators to ensure safe, compliant, and effective delivery of NSW Mobile Speed Camera Program.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure daily program delivery aligns with safety, quality, and service standards.
  • Innovation: Drive operational improvements and efficiency to strengthen program outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Manage staffing, rostering, budgets, and resources to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to support program success.
  • Culture Development: Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

Requirements:

You are an experienced operational leader with a background in service delivery within high-compliance environments such as transport, utilities, or government services.

With over 10 years in frontline leadership, you are skilled at managing teams, resources, and budgets while maintaining safety and service standards.

A full and valid Australian Driver's license is a pre-requisite requirement to perform this role.
