Job Description

The Client Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping media strategies and overseeing campaign delivery for clients. This position demands creativity, media planning expertise, and strong organizational skills to meet client objectives within given timeframes.

This includes developing and implementing media initiatives that align with client goals, supporting directors in helping clients achieve business objectives, and identifying potential issues with directors/client partners well in advance.

The ideal candidate will also assist in training coordinator and Planning Executives in planning fundamentals and creative thinking, manage day-to-day tasks and workloads of coordinators/Planning Executives, communicate across the group, and ensure the team is aware of client portfolio status and progress.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead, inspire, and motivate the team to work collectively on client visions and objectives, delegate and provide guidance/mentoring to enable team members to perform their roles effectively, and diligently perform regular reconciliations on campaign plan media spends.
