Job Description:

As a Lifestyle Assistant at Infinite Aged Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your responsibility will be to coordinate and implement lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of each individual.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to think on their feet. They should also be tech-savvy and have a positive attitude with a creative flair.

You will work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and implement programs that promote social interaction, cultural awareness, and personal growth. Your input will be invaluable in resident care assessments, ensuring that individualized and holistic programs are in place.

In addition to your key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing and documenting risk within the facility, ensuring a commitment to continuous improvement.
