In this critical role, you will assist the Payroll Team Leader in ensuring daily payroll operations run smoothly and delegate responsibilities among the team. Additionally, you will lead the delivery and execution of critical payroll activities, including processing payruns, reconciliations, data maintenance, and regular reporting.
You will provide exceptional customer service to employees while addressing their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Processing terminations and redundancies

- Assisting the Payroll Team Leader with daily payroll operations
