This is a pivotal position that plays a key role in driving change and promoting accountability among individuals who have used violence in their relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a therapeutic group environment to promote change and hold individuals accountable for their actions.
  • Collaborate with co-facilitators and the wider team to provide interventions that facilitate behavioural change and promote safe and healthy relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the gendered nature of family and domestic violence and be able to effectively assess and respond to risk of harm, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all affected individuals.
