We are seeking dynamic executive-level leaders to drive operational excellence in our Frontline Services, Compliance, and Resource Management business areas.

As a Director, you will lead and deliver complex, technical, or sensitive programs of work to support strategic business requirements.

You will plan, implement, and oversee priorities and strategies in your work area. You will critically analyze data and provide high-level advice to senior management and stakeholders.

You will develop a productive workforce, transform corporate vision into operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement.

You will work closely with business partners and senior leadership to equip staff to deliver a positive service to the community.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations across Australia. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies.
