Security and Facilities Manager

This role is responsible for managing a range of services and contracts, including security, cleaning, pest control, gardening, and canteen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee security services to ensure site safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage service contracts to maintain high standards and optimize costs.
- Drive contractor performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate small facility projects and schedules.
- Maintain site appearance and uphold physical security standards.
- Support asset management, space planning, document storage, and secure disposals.
- Proven experience in site security, with exposure to security systems.
- Contractor management skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent project coordination and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge or experience in horticulture, waste/scrap management, and canteen operations.
