The Role
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by serving drinks and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain knowledge of craft beer, seltzers, and RTDs to educate customers and share with the team.
  • Support customers with our Keg Systems and Keg Refill service through training and assistance.
  • Foster a positive and fun environment for all visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook).
  • Basic Canva design skills a plus.
  • Team-oriented individual willing to adapt and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
