Job Opportunity for Telecom Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Field Specialist to join our team in the region.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing site routines and break-fix tasks during standard hours.
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining BTS hardware and associated systems.
  • Staying current with technical theory, applications, and operational practices.
  • Supporting technical and project-related efforts, ensuring effective communication as needed.

In order to excel in this role, applicants should possess:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Nokia BTS software.
  • Familiarity with radio access networks, backhaul systems, signaling, and operational best practices.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and network design.
