Midwifery Manager Postnatal Services Role
">We are seeking an experienced midwife to take on a leadership role in postnatal services as Associate Midwifery Unit Manager.

- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred postnatal midwifery care, ensuring optimal outcomes and continuity of care.">
- Support the team by taking charge of leadership duties, including staff coordination, performance management, and development.">
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship, assisting less experienced staff and supporting student learning and orientation.">
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, contribute to service planning, and drive change within the unit.">
- Promote clinical research, audits, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient experience and care delivery.">
About You
">- ">
- You must be registered or eligible for registration as a midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.">
- You should have at least 3 years' experience as a registered midwife.">
- Proven competence in midwifery is required, aligned with professional standards.">
- Experience supervising student midwives and less experienced registered midwives is essential.">
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, ethics, and quality systems within healthcare settings is necessary.">
