About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hanes Brands Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections.
  • Assist in the training and development of the team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage high stock volumes, including processing deliveries and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
