We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Retail Store Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and loss prevention to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store

Requirements
  • Previous supervisory/management experience in a retail environment
  • Confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to team members
  • Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
  • Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
  • Visual merchandising experience advantageous
