About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at Dotti in North Lakes. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock levels, minimize stock loss, and maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
  • Confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to team members
  • Ability to provide an exceptional and unique customer experience
  • Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
  • Visual merchandising experience advantageous
