Assistant Retail Store Manager | Just

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to enhance sales performance by mentoring, developing, and offering constructive feedback to your team.

Success in this position requires a strong drive for sales and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service experience to every customer.

This role is full-time and necessitates availability during weekends, late-night hours, and public holidays.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and customers
  • Step in as Store Manager when necessary, including managing store opening and closing
  • Oversee daily stock management to reduce loss and boost sales
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in a retail setting
  • Confidence in providing both praise and constructive feedback to team members
  • Ability to create a memorable and unique customer experience
  • Understanding of loss prevention and health & safety protocols
  • Experience in visual merchandising is a plus
