Elevate Health Outcomes through Strategic Patient Engagement

The primary responsibility of the Patient Engagement Specialist is to drive health and business outcomes by re-engaging patients who have fallen out of the patient journey, are likely to cancel their subscription, have an opportunity to deepen their relationship with us or have left their subscription some time ago.

As you learn, the rest of the team will follow and look to you on how to improve conversion rates. Your ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial in helping them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions

Collaboration is key, working with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. You'll also need to consider the costs and benefits of potential actions and determine the most appropriate one.
