Lead Supply Planning

As a Supply Planning Manager, you will oversee all supply planning disciplines to deliver exceptional customer service levels within agreed inventory targets. Your goal will be to drive operational excellence in Finished Goods and Raw Material supply chain management.

You will contribute to our success by:

  • Embodying and promoting our company values in team engagement and supply chain operations
  • Identifying and participating in ongoing strategic developments for board and finished goods supply
  • Managing planning, capacity planning, and scheduling to achieve delivery and responsiveness targets cost-effectively
  • Analysing and evaluating the supply plan to satisfy customer needs considering network capacity, complexities, supply lead time, and constraints
  • Providing a 12-18 months inventory projection to logistics for efficient storage requirements management
  • Instilling a progressive culture and coaching team for continuous improvement of the planning process

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in planning, particularly in a manufacturing/factory environment
  • 2-3 years SAP-APO or other advanced ERP systems

  • The ability to guide and manage the team to success as well as being able to be involved and analyse data to assist the team
  • A choice of objectives which will have the biggest impact on business results; taking calculated entrepreneurial risks over time to achieve business goals
