About the Role:

  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and improve reliability.
  • Work on hands-on projects driving process optimisation and engineering support across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement.
  • Support Operations in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Design and implement best practice processes and systems.
  • Facilitate maintenance analysis to drive reliability improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimization projects.
  • Assist in preparing business cases for capital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles applied in practical settings.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with collaboration across stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in maintenance, operations, or process improvement (desirable).
