Join us to become a key member of our manufacturing site in Somerton, Victoria, Australia.

We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive process optimisation, continuous improvement, and engineering support across the plant.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position working across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, improve reliability, and contribute to capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed and promote a strong safety culture through active engagement in programs and initiatives.
  • Support operations in problem-solving, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement best practice processes and systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Conduct and facilitate maintenance analysis (RCA, FMEA) to drive reliability improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimisation projects.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and justifications for capital initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles with the ability to apply them in a practical, operational setting.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in maintenance, operations, or process improvement is desirable.
