Job Title: Senior Consultant

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the end-to-end contract management process for major projects. This entails leading front-end contract administration, preparing comprehensive RFQ packages, and managing pre-award activities.

About the Role:
  • Manage contracts up to $50 million in value, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare scope of works, pricing schedules, and relevant contract documentation for RFQ packages.
  • Oversee the procurement life cycle from RFQ through to contract award and delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance, variations, and compliance throughout the project life cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess and challenge contractor-submitted variations and change proposals.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' industry experience in construction or infrastructure project delivery and contract management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and ability to mentor or manage commercial teams.
  • Current Drivers Licence and White Card required.
