Our company is looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Property Administration Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of a portfolio of strata buildings, including obtaining quotes, sending correspondence, general accounting, budgeting, attending and chairing meetings, contract management and communicating with all stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have high energy levels, be able to juggle competing priorities and possess strong organisational and time management skills.   1. Assist with the overall management of a portfolio of strata buildings

  4. Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers
About You:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
