Strata Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated Strata Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of strata and property services, we offer a unique range of services including facilities management, property development, debt recovery, and legal services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of strata schemes, building strong relationships with clients, and providing trusted advice on all matters related to strata.

Duties:

  • Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings.
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes.
  • Interpreting legislation.
  • Assisting with the enforcement of by-laws.
  • Maintenance of insurance, coordination of repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with building requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Strata Manager or Trainee Strata Manager.
  • Skills in portfolio and/or account management.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and anticipate client needs.
