Export Manager Role

Total Food Network is a leading food export operator requiring an experienced Export Manager to oversee all operations in the export division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing of stock from suppliers with strong relationships built on trust and quality.
  • Arranging delivery of stock via freight and logistics services, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Compiling necessary paperwork through systems like EXDOC/NEXDOC as required for compliance purposes.
  • Loading containers for shipping with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaising with local offices for clearance requirements and any other logistical needs.
  • Invoicing orders to customers promptly and accurately.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in export management, international sales, and account management.
  • Effective communication skills, able to adapt to various platforms and channels.
  • Leadership abilities, managing staff and team environments successfully.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent MS software skills to produce detailed reports and analyses.
Requirements
  • A valid right to work in Australia.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Export Manager.
  • An Australian driver's license for travel and meetings.
