**About the role**:
As an International Trading Officer at our manufacturing site in Acacia Ridge, you will support the International Trading Manager to ensure that the vendor performance is analysed and corrective actions are implemented. You will be maintaining working relationships with the domestic and overseas suppliers of the business You will have the opportunity to work with various teams such as sales, marketing, dispatch, transport providers in friendly office environment with on-site parking.
- Tracking and tracing stock movements using internal and external sources to accurately approve orders, have a good understanding of delivery schedule calculations and liaise with relevant customers and stakeholders
- Providing the customers and internal sales with updates on changes within shipping dates and arriving orders
- Updating BPCS and container tracking system to reflect changes in shipping details as advised by international trading manager and/or suppliers on ongoing basis
- Running various kinds of reports such as inventory reports or SOH reports for weekly management meetings
- Ensuring continuous improvement in safety behaviours and work practice

- Experience in International Trade and Freight Forwarding
- Experience in customer service and multicultural environment
- Experience in Supply Chain fields with particular emphasis on procurement and data integrity
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments, and both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in computer skills to help modernisation of current work process
- Experience using modern ERP systems (eg. SAP-4/HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle)
- CPIM through APICS Training Course will be advantageous
