International Trade Coordinator

Job Description:- Coordinating Import and Export Shipments: Oversee the full cycle of import and export activities, including coordination with freight forwarding partners and monitoring ETA trackers.
- Liaising with Freight Forwarding Partners: Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of shipments across multiple international markets.
- Monitoring and Updating ETA Trackers: Prepare basic operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- International Trade Regulations: Strong understanding of import/export regulations, biosecurity, and quarantine rules.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Logistics Management: Experience managing full container loads and coordinating complex logistics is desirable.
