Regulatory Compliance Specialist

">Manage and facilitate internal and external audits annually to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">Provide advice on all regulatory and compliance matters to senior management, institutional partners, and the board.">Develop and implement effective compliance plans across subsidiaries to manage risk and meet regulatory obligations.">Assist other teams as needed to achieve business objectives.">">

Key Responsibilities:

">Manage end-to-end regulatory change to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.">Assist with APRA, ASIC, and ATO requests, meetings, and reviews to ensure timely and accurate responses.">Develop and maintain knowledge of the Australian regulatory landscape to stay up-to-date on changing regulations and guidelines.">Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.">">

Requirements:

">Strong experience in a Regulatory Compliance or non-financial risk role in financial or professional services/consulting firm.">Knowledge of wealth platforms or products (Superannuation/insurance/IDPS) is essential.">Tertiary qualification in law, business, finance, accounting, commerce, or related discipline.">Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence stakeholders.">">
