We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Civil Law Practice. In this role, you will be an integral member of a high-performing team providing paralegal and administrative support.

  • Assist in legal and non-legal services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
  • Provide support with legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and case files.
  • Support phone lines and coordinate with solicitors for workload distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client intake and monitor referral inboxes.
  • Conduct client interviews and provide paralegal support.
  • Perform data entry and maintain management systems.
  • Uphold EEO and WHS standards.

Requirements:

  • Formal paralegal qualification or currently studying law.
  • Understanding of the cultural, social, and historical needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage high workloads.
