About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team at Bluestone Recruitment. As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the tender submission process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the tender submission process, ensuring all necessary information is included and deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the estimating and construction delivery teams to ensure accurate and complete tender information.
- Manage social procurement requirements and liaise with clients as needed.
- Program and communicate tender information with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure tender presentations are professional and well-organized.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral for the company.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3+ years of commercial Bid Coordinator experience.
- A high attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
