In this role, you will be working on commercial projects/bids that range between $5m - $50m. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and program management of the tender submission from start to finish.
- Adequate information input for tenders.
- Management of social procurement requirements.
- Liaising with clients regarding RFI's from the estimating/construction delivery team.
- Following up with the internal team to obtain required information.
- Programming the tender and communicating it with internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring the tender is presented in a professional manner.
- Creating marketing collateral for the company.
About you
- Ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial bid coordinator experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
