Mineral Processing Engineering Manager

As a Mineral Processing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects. This includes conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering for various disciplines.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure project objectives are met. Your role will involve technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design.

Collaboration with clients is key to this role, as you will work closely with them to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion, focusing on safety, technical quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
