Seeking a results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers and designers on mineral processing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Be responsible for technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience with discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
