Engineering Manager Role

About The Position:

  • Lead engineering and design aspects of mineral processing engineering projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies and detailed engineering for various disciplines.
  • Manage and oversee multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Be responsible for technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop project scopes and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience with discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mineral processing principles, technologies and equipment.
