Strategic Mineral Processing Engineer

A dynamic and innovative company seeks a skilled Engineering Manager to lead engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering for multiple disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
As a leader, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customized solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering
- Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with proven leadership experience
- Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment
