Critical Care Physician

Latrobe Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Physician to lead our Intensive Care Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the medical management, clinical governance, and provision of Specialist Intensive Care Services for patients at Latrobe Regional Hospital.
The role includes training and supervision of medical and nursing staff as required, ensuring the delivery of critical care services is consistent with the clinical governance framework and core values of LRH.
The Critical Care Unit has full monitoring abilities with facilities for provision of all the services of Intensive Care, including Invasive Cardiovascular monitoring, Mechanical Ventilation, Haemofiltration, Coronary Care services, and High Dependency Services.

The ideal candidate will have MBBS or equivalent, be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and hold Fellowship of the CICM or equivalent.
