We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to fill this key role.
About the Job- Deliver exceptional customer experiences over the phone and in person.
- Manage car rental agreements, including on-hire and off-hire paperwork.
- Check vehicles in and out, record any damage, and organize maintenance checks as required.
- Sell associated rental products and services at the counter.
- Refuel and move vehicles through the branch safely.
- Maintain the branch in a clean and tidy manner.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and guidelines.
- Must have flexibility to work a rostered system across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Requires a Driver's license, preferably an Open Driver's license.
- Computer skills are essential for success in this role.
- Administrative, rental, sales, or service experience is highly regarded.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
- Problem solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
- Must have own reliable transport to and from the branch.
