Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service via all forms of communication. The role involves working closely with clients' customers, delivering friendly and efficient support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Assist customers with technical and sales inquiries.
  • Invoice promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support other Customer Service and Sales Team members.
  • Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours and reasonable additional hours as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach and excellent learning abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office software.
  • Team player with effective problem-solving skills.
