Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team at The Westside. As a Business Operations Manager, you will support the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion dollar business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Implementing venue operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Supporting and growing the business to meet market demands through your own initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar management role, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to lead, develop and manage a large multi-skilled team
  • Operational experience to effectively assist the Venue Manager to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences in line with the venues visions and goals
