Job Role

Responsibilities

  • Identify the most suitable solution based on the issue and details provided by clients
  • Guide clients through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved matters to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on products or services
  • Document events, problems, and their resolutions in logs
  • Update client status and information as necessary
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a technical support specialist
  • Adept at working with various systems, including databases, networks, telephony, unified communications, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-centric, capable of working independently and under pressure
