Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to coordinate furniture, procurements, and logistics across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurements and logistics for multiple properties
  • Manage supplier relationships and warehouse operations
  • Oversee inventory tracking, records, and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in procurement, logistics, or administration
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) highly regarded
