We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Brand Ambassador to join our team at Casella Family Brands. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our Australian Single Malt Whisky brand and educating customers and trade about the whisky category.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, trade, and customers to promote our brand and whisky category.
- Deliver engaging social media content and activations to drive brand dialogue and advocacy.
- Collaborate with our sales team to drive commercial outcomes and sales opportunities.
- Work independently to lead the Morris brand, planning and prioritizing based on opportunity and commercial return.
- 5+ years of experience in the spirits industry, preferably with a focus on whisky.
- Previous experience in a brand ambassador role is ideal but not essential.
- A passion for Australian whisky and/or Australian craft spirits.
- Proven excellence in the on-premise environment, ideally still active in this area.
- Comfortable public speaking in front of a camera and behind a microphone.
- Ability to create engaging social media content for personal profile and brand.
- Experienced bartender with an understanding of how brands work in the changing face of the on-trade.
- Independent networking skills and ability to identify active opportunities for brand.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically to deliver on brand objectives.
