About the Role

The Australian Distilling Co is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent its esteemed spirits portfolio in Melbourne. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for driving engagement and awareness among trade and retail partners, as well as consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for ADCo brands, providing expert knowledge and support for trade and in-store tastings, events, and activations.
  • Develop and execute a range of activities to increase brand awareness and knowledge among suppliers and consumers, aligning with our brand profile, plans, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and consumers to identify opportunities for value-added activities and enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure that trade and retail partners are equipped and motivated to serve and promote our brands to consumers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
  • Be highly organized, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit character traits such as integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • possess strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various settings.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment and be willing to take on and commit to shifts.
