Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage project activities, inputs, and outputs in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  2. Support the management of cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
  3. Implement project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  4. Identify and manage risks and opportunities, incorporating them into planning, decision-making, and priority setting.
  5. Analyse project performance, develop strategies to achieve outcomes, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  6. Develop, maintain, and prepare project documents, reports, and submissions.
  7. Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Project Management or Advanced Diploma of Project Management.
  • AlPM CPPM and/or CPSPM Certification.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proficiency using project management tools.
  • Able to apply project management methodologies and practices, e.g. Prince2 and PMBOK.
