This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to support the day-to-day operational effectiveness of a school.
As an Administration Officer, you will report to a Operations Coordinator and work closely with the wider admin team. Your responsibilities include general administrative activities that ensure efficient operations.
- Provide front-facing support to students, academic staff, and other stakeholders.
- Manage mail, respond to general enquiries, and maintain shared inboxes.
- Coordinate IT equipment leasing and keep accurate asset registers.
- Support procurement activities, including processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining administrative processes.

- Stakeholder Engagement
- A diploma in a related field and relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and confidence with online content-management systems.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with ability to use discretion and knowledge to determine appropriate actions.
