Summary: The primary objective of this role is to oversee and administer end-to-end payroll operations for a team of approximately 170 employees. This position demands exceptional accuracy, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for all staff members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, tax obligations, and superannuation regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Handle employee queries regarding payroll, entitlements, and deductions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
- Liaise with external bodies as necessary.
- Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ability to manage payroll across multiple cycles.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Immediate start with potential for permanent placement.
- Central Perth CBD location.
