Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a leader who will guide team members to excellence in customer service and sales.
Our ideal candidate has attention to detail and motivation to achieve operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in finding products and provide expert advice on selection.
- Process payments, restock shelves, and answer customer queries.
- Balance cash registers, maintain store tidiness, and handle customer complaints.
- Receive and store stock deliveries, manage inventory, and update customer information systems.
- Execute marketing plans, assist at external events, and keep up-to-date with promotions.
- Minimum 3 years of previous retail sales experience in a high-volume outlet.
- Previous experience in a specialist retail environment, preferably in the caravan or RV industry.
- Experience with Dynamics Navision is highly regarded.
- Current Driver's Licence and certificate in Retail or Retail Operations advantageous but not necessary.
- High-level interpersonal and computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
