About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding our high standards for store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing friendly and accurate customer service about products and services.
  2. Maintaining and pursuing product knowledge.
  3. Upholding our standard for store/personal presentation.
  4. Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.
  5. Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions.
  6. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in excellent customer service.
  • Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and multitask.
  • Good knowledge of motor vehicle brands and models is essential.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and delivering solutions for customers.
  • Intermediate computer skills and eagerness to continuously learn.
  • Strong work ethic and organisation skills.
