\We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our frontline team at our MacGregor store. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and promote products and offers in-store\
- Operate point of sale and manage fuel/stock deliveries efficiently\
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure effective merchandising and stock control\
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction\
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers\
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and performance\
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards\\/ul>\
Ideal Candidate:

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role\
- A confident attitude and energetic approach, with excellent communication skills\
