Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst to join our team at Empire Group. As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering digital services to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming digital service and support requests proactively;
  • Utilize low-code and no-code tools to automate legal documents, tasks, and processes;
  • Manipulate and analyze data using basic Excel functionalities, such as formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization;
  • Draft documentation for solutions, including user guides, user stories, process guides, and other relevant materials;
  • Contribute to reporting and financial management.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of at least 6 months in a professional services background, preferably in the legal sector;
  • Programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML;
  • A genuine interest in technology, particularly AI, automation, and data analytics;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Education in IT, Business Management, Commerce, Finance, or Law;
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously within a large team;
  • A strong passion for developing a career in this field.
