About the Role

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a Clinical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and defining needs, opportunities, and recommending solutions to ensure the team is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaborative approaches to ensure the team is set up for success
  • Develop user journeys and business capabilities that enhance customer experiences
  • Progress project/product concepts through requirements gathering, user journey, and business capability mapping
  • Support the translation of the Digital Strategy into a deliverable set of business capabilities, solutions, partner capabilities, and services

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience within large complex environments in the digital domain
  • Demonstrated experience in traditional BA responsibilities such as running discovery workshops, facilitating ideation sessions, current state analysis, gap analysis, feasibility analysis, and process mapping
  • Strong experience in digital services and operations
  • Strong experience and background in Health Care settings or similar, working with patient portals, health applications, medical platforms, and systems integration
