Senior Policy and Operations Leader

We are seeking a senior team leader to oversee the implementation and development of key operational policies and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead program governance and drive improvement in systems supporting project delivery.
- Collaborate with directors to execute strategic initiatives, guided by committee recommendations and government decisions.
- Provide analytical advice on policy matters, identifying emerging issues and trends impacting project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture and society, including historical and contemporary issues affecting Aboriginal Victorians.
- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal communities and advisory groups.
- Experience providing high-quality, evidence-based advice to inform decision-making.
A strong candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of providing strategic advice, managing complex projects, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
