Peer Wellbeing Leader

The position of Senior Peer Wellbeing Worker is a pivotal role within our organisation. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated wellbeing team to support and represent individuals impacted by mental illness, psychological distress, and substance use or addiction.
About You- You must have personal experience of a mental illness or psychological distress and recovery.
- Leadership experience in the health sector will be highly valued in this role.
- A proven track record of working within a mental health support role with lived experience is essential.
This role may also involve a small caseload of participants, providing service navigation and linking participants to relevant therapy services.
